 Faith in Action of McHenry County (FIAMC) accepts good quality durable medical equipment. The equipment is then made available to the senior community at no-cost and for as long as needed. There is a variety of equipment available.
McHenry Township is a satellite Supply Closet for the Durable Medical Equipment Program. Local seniors can pick up medical equipment rentals here.
Seniors must fill out a Loan Application and sign a Loan Agreement which can be downloaded from their website or picked up at McHenry Township office.

FIAMC receives calls for large equipment donations that they cannot house in the Supply Closet such as lift chairs, hospital beds, etc. FIAMC will "advertise" these gifts on their website & connect the donor with the senior in need.
