McHenry Township Road District 2011 Road Paving Program

In 2011, we are going out to bid early for our paving project. By doing so, we are hoping to get better prices.

The proposed program consists of the second half of Wonderview subdivision, approximately one mile of Ringwood Road (from Spring Grove Road to Windy Prairie Acres, where we stopped last year), and Windy Prairie Acres subdivision, Broadway Road, Fox Lake Road, Deerpath Drive and Rand Road. Depending on costs, the program may have to be adjusted as needed.

In preparation of paving, we will be trimming trees and checking sight distances. The Road District will be checking culverts and replacing those that are in poor condition. We will also be checking drainage and improving what we can.
