A HUGE thank you to the Home Depot Foundation for choosing McHenry Township to receive one of their community impact grants for the purchase of materials for McHenry Township’s new community garden. #TeamDepot volunteers from Home Depot came out in 90° heat to assemble, install, and fill the raised garden beds. Everyone was amazing and we are so grateful for all of their time and effort.  We also thank Scotts® for donating the organic soil that was used to fill each of the 6.5′ x 3.5′ beds.  McHenry Township residents who are interested in planting a garden in one of the beds for their own use should email township
