FISH is an all volunteer service organization offering assistance to both families and individual adults who are in need.

For Registration please bring: (This is not required at this time)

1. Photo ID (for Main Applicant only) in household (Driver’s License, Passport or Photo ID)
2. Proof of Residency (for Main Applicant only) (within last 3 months) (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Rental Agreement/Lease)
