Food Pantries

FISH is an all volunteer service organization offering assistance to both families and individual adults who are residents living within the zip codes of 60050, 60051 and 60072.

For Registration please bring:

1. Photo ID (for Main Applicant only) in household (Driver’s License, Passport or Photo ID)
2. Proof of Residency (for Main Applicant only) (within last 3 months) (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Rental Agreement/Lease)
